Introducing Sentiment Tracking
Previewed Sentiment Tracking to show how AI platforms describe a brand across the features that shape buying decisions.
Notes:
- Added feature-level sentiment analysis to the brand project dashboard.
- Added suggested feature sets based on each project, with options to remove irrelevant features and add custom ones.
- Added brand-by-feature comparison through a competitive sentiment matrix.
- Added source tracing to show the URLs and domains cited when AI models discuss each feature.
- Previewed Sentiment Tracking as a paid-plan feature.
